About Us

Engineering Management within the Gripen business unit works to further develop the Gripen system, which encompasses everything from aircraft, support and training systems to maintenance systems. We are responsible for balancing functional development between the products of the Gripen system so that we deliver a mature and usable system to our customers.

Within the section, we are responsible for the working methods within Systems Engineering for Gripen, and part of the job is to further develop our working methods to become more efficient.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced systems engineer with a background in the development of complex systems and preferably an understanding of the Gripen system as a whole.

You have a strong interest in collaborating with people and making technical choices, as well as an ability to communicate effectively and see the big picture.

You will work together with others in the team to set the conditions for further development, supporting the development organization by guiding the business in the right direction towards a mature and usable system for the customer.
